Charles George: Allstate Insurance

I wish I could give them zero stars. They have never once answered their phone, called me back after a voicemail Ive left, responded to an email, nor responded to a direct request via their website. I am switching agencies asap because of their negligence.

Horrible customer service. My premium went up this renewal. I can't blame them for that. However, I called a month before my renewal twice to see if there is anything that can be done. Both times no one picked up, and the voice mail box was full. So I got insurance with a different company, and they sent an email with me CC'd to Charles George's office to cancel my policy effective the renewal date. That email was sent on 4/7, and my policy was set to renew on 4/28. I called multiple times between the two dates to confirm that they will cancel, but never got threw, and the mailbox was always full. Today is 5/4. They still renewed the policy and I still cant get a hold of a person to cancel my policy. Every number I call forwards me back to the office of Charles George. Horrible customer service.
