I attempted to lease with this property by setting an appointment via email. Showed up to the appointment and met with Chrissy Marshall. Shared all the paperwork requested the moment requested. However, throughout she and her manager Manuel Fuentes were rude, unprofessional, untimely and outright nasty. The were consistently unresponsive requesting things what were already submitted. Noticeabley, rude on the phone. Long hold and wait times.
They took 4 business day to be responsive by which time I had found another property because moving was time sensitive . That had been shared with Chrissy the day I applied. After reminding and sharing that with Chrissy then became even more rude and repeatedly placed on hold. Then unapologetically let me know that they would not only keep my application fee but also the deposit on the unit that I never occupied. The Connor Group and Scofield Park apartments are unprofessional, unethical and I do NOT recommend them to anyone.
