Allstate has always made it easy when it comes to needing help. Mark and his team (Tammy) has always had an open door policy. They make it easy to understand and are willing to work for me. I appreciate this Allstate office. I had left them for greener pastures but found as we all know it's not always greener on the other side. Came begging back after a few months. Tammy remember me and of course was able to help get me back in the books. Thank you Mark and team!

I absolutely adore Tammy. I would give them 5 stars if I was only talking to Tammy whenever I have to go in. When she’s not there, the two men who have “helped” me were not particularly helpful. They weren’t rude or anything but I was kind of seen in and out quickly without really feeling heard. Tammy is a mother and it shows. I was buying my first car insurance when I walked into their office and she took the time to really talk to me about all of my options, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She got me a great premium on my comprehensive car insurance and does everything she can to keep it low and I really appreciate it. She set me up with a folder for all my papers so everything was organized too.
