Comfortable beds, nice rooms, the breakfast was perfect! Super nice staff, this will be my go to when visiting Austin!(: only down side was parking got so pack around 9-10. Stayed here a couple of weeks ago and wow the hotel was great.
I never write reviews but I have learned how important it is to know what you're spending your money on and if it"s worth it.
First, its a great location. The rooms were lovely and super clean. the entire hotel was so nice. We were very excited to have booked our stay here! The only reason I give this place a 4 is because the hallway had an odd smell but it didn't affect our room and also because the front desk, although was super professional and quick, were not very pleasant and we didn't get that welcome feeling, which would have been nice to pair with such a lovely hotel. Other than that, Anytime we make our way to Austin this will definitely be our go to Hotel. Stop looking just Book it... you wont regret it!

Pros - price, Bonvoy property, breakfast, kitchenette in room, friendly staff and nice clean lobby.  Cons - wall unit AC on and off all night, weak shower water pressure, lumpy bed, light from hallway coming under room door all night long, loud altercation in parking lot around 3am.  If I had it to do over, I would pay 50 a night more (or more) and move across the highway to something on the domain property, where we were meeting family for dinner. I've stayed at other Springhills that were much better/nicer (Garrison NY) but sadly this was not one of them.

We enjoyed our stay! The lobby and decor is fun, staff was helpful, and the room was clean and bigger than we expected. We stayed for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. First time there's 2 tv's in the room so we don't need to fight with the kids on what to watch! The only negative thing is, I must've glazed over the fact that they were 2 double beds and not 2 queen. For an area where space is not lacking, why not put queen's in?
