        Wow! Walked in around 3PM in Friday and waited over an hour patiently as 4 other individuals apparently had appointments. There is no online method to make appointments, you must call in advance. This is not a walk-in friendly shop. It took that hour of waiting before someone asked if I had an appointment. I politely said no. They were apparently booked the rest of the day and couldn't take me in. Wish I knew sooner had someone acknowledged me when I entered. Perhaps great haircuts, but poor service to have someone sit waiting. Only they knew they were booked.
