Total Xpressions Salon

I found a coupon deal for cut, color, style, from total expressions salon for $49 ($140 value). I called to make an appointment at 9:30am and was told to call back in 30 minutes when they open ( it calls the owners cell if closed). I called back at 10:00 am and set my appointment for 3 days later at 10:30am. I arrived at 10:20am and they were not open and no one was there. I waited until 11:00am and called the number 4 times and received no answer. There was no sign anywhere about open hours so i called to leave a message and took my business elsewhere. Now i have to figure out how to get my money back for this coupon i purchased... I am glad i went somewhere else because i get a feeling they would have butchered my hair anyway. after telling my story at the other salon they had things to say, and so did another customer at that salon.

I messed up my bangs, so i needed someone to fix them. I saw jennifer and she was very friendly. She talked me into getting my hair cut to go with it. What a waste! It was more like a wash and style. She really didn't do anything! I had to ask her to work on the bangs at the end! She was just going to leave them alone. She rounded the ends and told me to grow them out. Didn't even them out, didn't touch them. I can flat iron my hair at home for free. Save your $35.
