I had my first appointment with Lili as I am brand new to Austin. She was so warm, friendly and welcoming. She listened carefully to what I wanted and then proceeded to do an excellent job! I'm so happy I've found this salon and Lili. I am also impressed and happy with the precautions they are taking due to covid. I went in for a cut and color yesterday, I have never had my hair colored so this was a big deal for me and I was very nervous but the stylist was very sweet and walked me through the process. I had a trim and she styled my hair at the end and took before and after photos. At first glance everything seemed okay and I trusted her skills. When I returned home I was looking at my hair and there is a very large piece that I noticed is very bright and does not match the rest of the highlights she placed. I text her and showed her a picture and let her know I was unhappy. The area stands out if I pick my hair up into a ponytail and is the only area that looks like this. She very rudely replied telling me that I had only 1 week to return to the salon for a fix. I had already informed her during my appointment that I do not live in Austin. I have already left the area and cannot return and even if I was still there they are closed until Tuesday. I spent over $200 on my hair and left her a generous tip yesterday. I’m disappointed in the customer service and how rudely she spoke to me. I would not return to someone to fix anything after they had been so rude and I will definitely not return to this salon or recommend it to anyone.

Wanted to surprise my wife and the staff was so convenient. Filled out the online appt form and they were able to get her in the next day.

Lili is amazing! I could not be more happy with my haircut. I appreciated her attention to detail. They have also taken extra precautions during this time to protect themselves and clients. I highly recommend.

Veronica is amazing! She has been doing my hair for 10 years and I wouldn’t see anyone else. She is attentive, always makes sure I am completely happy with my service and as a bonus fun to talk too. When I first started seeing her I had no idea what to do with my curly frizzy hair, she not only helped me find a great cut but counseled me on how to achieve the look I want when I left the salon. Would and do recommend Veronica for anyone looking for a fantastic stylist.
