Dr Shaw and team were absolutely amazing! I had a significant dental emergency that was painful and could have ruined my holidays. Dr Shaw listened to me, contacted my dentist and periodontist to get more information, and quickly developed *and executed* the solution flawlessly. Im so very happy and highly recommend Dr Shaw and team.

I had a lower partial denture that broke. My previous dentist had retired and sent my records to the Shoal Creek Prosthodontic Group. Was able to get an appointment the next day. Dr. Shaw and everyone did a fantastic job. My partial was fixed that day, and the work was perfect.

I would like to give a big shout out to Dr. Rick Shaw at Shoal Creek Prosthodontic Group. My brother suffers from Stage IV cancer and has lost his teeth. On his bucket list was a new set of dentures so he wouldnt be so embarrassed when he met people. Dr. Shaw and his team took on this task and provided my brother with a new set of dentures that gave him his smile back.
His technician, Drew, was very patient and explained the whole process to my brother and me. He is a craftsman who fit, and re-fitted the dentures until my brother had no mouth pain and a beautiful smile.
The front office was gracious and accommodating to help him in and out of his wheelchair and access a restroom. I cant say anything better than they were wonderful! Everybody smiled, asked my brother how he was feeling and was genuinely concerned about his journey.
I am pleased with the professional work and experience Dr. Shaw and his staff provided for my brother. I will never forget the compassion that Dr. Shaw had for my brother.
