We moved here in March and I must say the maintenance team of Anthony and specially Gabe, are the BEST! Gabe responds immediately, is very efficient and courteous. This is the best maintenance team we have encountered in our years of apartment living. Great Job! 👍

Came here while apartment hunting a couple days ago. The place seems nice enough on the outside, but the girl behind the front desk (Sam or something) was so snarky and rude that I decided to not even tour the apartments. With rent this expensive, you'd think they'd be able to pay for decent staff!
Edit: And to respond to the lies in their response, I never gave my name, so how could they have a record?? Look at some of the other reviews of people being treated badly when trying to see apartments here. They always claim not have a "record" when their employees are rude.

Was visiting today and wouldn't be able to say anything negative even if I wanted to. Everything was sparkling clean and the apartments are spacious, bright and well-isolated from any possible noise one might be afraid of (e.g. Burnet). It has heaps of great amenities, great location (bars, cafes, restaurants), and super friendly staff (looking at you, Bianca ;) ). 100% recommended!
