Not satisfied with the haircut.The lady was not descent she was pulling my hairs and she did hurt me a lot. After so much still not got good haircut.Will never visit this place again.

I have never been so disappointed in my life I dont get my hair done often ( last time was about eight years ago) but when I do and I bring in a picture and I expect to get what I asked for as a hairstylist especially a colorist I would think you have more knowledge than myself about picking out colors when I say I want exactly what was on the picture thats what Im looking for match the colors to whats on the picture. Instead I got nothing of what I asked for and spent $260. I was also charged a conditioning/mask treatment and never received it. I am so incredibly upset $260 for my hair to look basically the same color. You can see in the pictures....The first picture is what I wanted the second picture is before and the third picture is after and I specified several times that I wanted the chunky highlights as well as the contrast between the two colors.
