The legal process is long and slow. I've had a case that has lasted so far over 3 years. Carlson Law is the most recent law group I've worked with. Every month my coordinator, Letty, has called me with an update on the case. She is incredible. She provides with information in such a way that I can easily understand it, but most of all she's just super friendly, consistent, and a great communicator. Although my case is being transferred to another first with appellate lawyers, I am so happy to have had Letty working on my case. I will miss her.

I regret choosing this law firm I was injured in a hit and run. I am on my second legal assistant and I dont even know if they work there anymore. There is no communication and I have absolutely no idea whats going on several unanswered emails Very disappointed.

DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM. IT'S A BIG SCAM.
My primary concerns are as follows:
Lack of Communication: Throughout the process, there was a significant lack of clear and timely communication from your team. Attempts to discuss important aspects of my case were often met with delayed responses or, at times, no response at all.
Frequent Attorney Changes: My case was passed between several attorneys within your firm without my prior knowledge or consent. This not only caused confusion but also made it difficult to establish a consistent strategy and a trusting attorney-client relationship.
Unprepared Representation: On multiple occasions, I observed that the attorneys representing my case appeared unprepared, particularly during important meetings and court appearances. This not only affected the strength of my case but also reflected poorly on me as a client.
Financial Prioritization: I felt that the financial aspects of my case were prioritized over the legal and ethical responsibilities owed to me as a client. This approach not only compromised the integrity of my case but also eroded my trust in your firm's commitment to client welfare.
I don't recommend this office please stay away.
