She is a good defense attorney, I am not trying to say that she isnt. I had a couple problems when I hired Diana to represent me. I had asked if she would be able to represent me and I wanted the charges off of my record. She had said she could do it for 1000 each case. I told her I had 2000 dollars ready to send if she could represent me and get the charges dismissed and expunged from my record. She had told me she could make it happen. I sent the 2000 dollars paying in full not in payments. I ended up getting a pre-trial agreement and got my cases dismissed. After the dismissal I had told her about getting my cases expunged, she told me it would be an extra 600 dollars. I remember when we first talked before I hired her, I specifically told her I wanted it off my record. Thats something she said she could do, she didnt give me a price of 600 dollars until after my dismissal.
I ended up paying out of pocket to my family attorney for a expunction of both cases. Also my family attorney was able to waive the filing fee for an expunction. I would recommend if you do go with her, get everything in writing and on paper also save your documents.
Also I was telling her the officers took my property and didnt give it back when I got out of jail. She said she would look into it, I never got a response back from her about it. It was a knife my late grandfather gave me, it had sentimental value and was one of the only things I had from him. She told me I was supposed to get it back but she never responded back to my emails or phone calls when I asked her about it. I guess thats what happens when you pay them in full. I would not recommend anyone else to go through what I had to go through with Diana Buss. I would not return and definitely wouldnt recommend to anyone else.

She is First class lawyer who has helped me and many of friends in many of our cases including traffic accidents and other criminal cases. She is very responsive and really nice. I Highly recommend her. 6 stars actually
