Rock Creek at Riata

We've lived at the Riata for over 4 years. We love living here and we really enjoy all the amenities. The recent upgrades have been wonderful.

Hi, i am Subodh and i am writing the review for application process. i have applied for apt 1637 online last week. but i came to know the apartment wont be available until 23 Oct but i applied for 20th Oct so its very unfortunate. When i talked to Brenda, she is very rude and listening nothing so i decided to not rent the apartment. Also while filling the application it is not mentioned about number of occupants so i asked for application fee refund but i am still waiting for their response and i am sure because their website/management fault, i will not get the application fee. i know Riata is very good community but they should understand the scenario and based on the issue, they should resolve accordingly.

My husband viewed a 3-bedroom apartment and w/in just a few days returned to initiate a rental. The staff in the main office (even though they are in the midst of a huge remodel) were very friendly and helpful. Much information was given prior to the initial application, some pricing was adjusted for our needs, and my spouse was able to walk away after a short period of time with a rental contract in hand, with a very agreeable amount of cash exchanged. :) The prorate for the tail end of the month in which we will be renting is exciting and the staff was most helpful with a flurry of information on the resort, complete with the actual address of the apartment we will occupy, and it was nearly 2 months in advance of our move! After looking at information, I had questions regarding parking facilities. When I phoned and introduced myself, I was given solid answers and staff found a parking garage for me in quick order! It may not be beneath my building, but it's close and it beats not having a place to park and it's great to have in case I need to temporarily store items during the move-in process! With the maps and floor plans available, I have even had a good 'jump' on setting up floor plans and figuring out what personal items can be easily kept and fit into the environment, and which ones I should part with in order to occupy our new space at Riata. Staff in the main office is helpful and courteous and are there to make the transition as smooth as possible. View the paperwork closely on your own time and be aware of the expectations, and you'll have an easy adjustment. You need to be awake as you leave with your items, as there are particular bits of information regarding where to report for check-in and lease-signing on the day your contract commences, but there is a wealth of information in plain sight to help the transition come off smoothly. I am grateful to know Brittany and to have had her assistance in our coming move. I look forward to future connections in the community!
