I love my home here at Saddle Creek. I knew this apartment would be perfect for me the minute I saw it and I was right. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff are very efficient and always have a smile and a wave for everyone. My concerns and maintenance requests are taken care of extremely quickly. I think Saddle Creek is a great value and a wonderful place to live. Highly recommended.

i have lived here for 4 years and i’ve never had any complaints! the community is nice and quiet. the grounds are kept clean and up to a outstanding standard

So I have lived at Saddle Creek for 2 months now and I love it. I have moved every year since finishing college and this is by far my favorite place I have lived. My apartment is amazing. I love the walk-in closet, my view of the pool, the proximity to some awesome bars, and most importantly the staff. I have had some horrible office staff previously but that is not the case here. I needed a quick move-in and Adria and Allison were there to help me find the perfect home. Adria listened to what my needs were and thanks to her, I come home every day loving my new home. Brittany is such a delight and very helpful when you have a question. Allison, the assistant manager, is always great to say hello and following up with you when you have a question or concern. It is so hard to hear back from a leasing office and that is not the case when it comes to The Saddle Creek team. I do want to say I am most impressed with the manager Stephanie. I have only had one maintenance request since moving in and that was replacing a few lightbulbs. Nothing serious like a leak or broken appliance. Stephanie called me to follow up about the work order and that was crazy to me. The manager calling to help with a lightbulb?! Never had that before. As long as I live and rent in Austin, I am going to try and stay at Saddle Creek. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to call home.
