Falls on Bull Creek Apartments

I'd rather live in the ghetto. Been here two years and so happy the lease is up and we found a better and cheaper place. Way too expensive for what it is. It's old, falling apart, constant water issues, total lack of communication by management. Unless you threaten them with leaving they dont respond to emails. They rarely answer the phone. Theres mold in all the vents. The stove in my apartment is missing a bowl under one of the burners. They told me at move in they'd get one but never did. All the burners are crooked and its a pain to cook anything. Theres hardly any water pressure in the kitchen sink making cleaning a giant pain. I'm pretty sure I was overcharged my entire first year. Suddenly when the management company changed my total monthly cost went down. (Still the same person in the office) My vehicle has been broken into more times than I can count. The amenities are rarely open and fully functional. My pickup truck was towed oddly enough not long after I provided notice to vacate conveniently for them making moving even harder and more expensive. The overall rating of this place is very accurate. Stay away! There are better and less expensive places. Terrible spot if you have kids no playground and so many steep hills. I ignored the reviews when we moved in because I was desperate to get out of a worse situation but now I can't wait to leave and want to warn others. The place should be condemned. Honestly scared to leave this review for fear of retaliation and possible over charges upon moving out. If that happens I'll come back and update.
