Biggest problem here is security. I have had several packages stolen since I moved in a few months ago and there are no gates on the property even though I was told by management that they were working on installing the gates. When I tried to follow up about it I did not receive a response. Additionally, the mail room seems to have been completely broken into with most mailboxes broken and unable to lock. I was not notified of this by management when it occurred. We have package lockers but delivery drivers just leave packages on the floor and they end up getting stolen still. Maintenance is slow to respond and they have come to fix my refrigerator that leaks at least 5 times with no success. It is unfortunate because I do believe this is one of the better apartments in the area for this price but management fails to keep up with this place. If the security issues are ever properly addressed I would be able to leave a more positive review.

Management and security is non existent. The pool is never cleaned, the gym is completely broken and empty, and theft is common. The management here is clueless. Avoid. Edit: more packages been stolen. Asked office if I could look at the camera footage but apparently they don't have any security cameras.

Moved here due to the good reviews and less than a month later the entire management (only the maintenance guy is cool) changed. Belara went down the hill since. Constantly find roaches even though our unit has been "sprayed" multiple times and even did a full spray down (that was handled horribly by the front desk lady). Occasionally will lose packages. We pay money for pest control every month and I find more bugs here than I would like. Our "renovated" unit has poorly stuck on floors that are uneven when you're barefoot. Look elsewhere.

Dont be fooled by the sign outside saying this is rated one of best properties to live in, its quite the opposite! Where do I start hmmmm? Maybe with the mold growing out of the air vents that took over a month to fix, oh but only after going down to the office to see why it was taking so long. If you like to cook, or even better use your kitchen at all then good luck! Going on 4 months now with a broken sink that leaks into a bucket that we had to buy. Did I mention the bucket fills up in a matter of a day or two? So if you want to go on vacation be prepared to come back to a kitchen flooded with horrid smelling sink water. Oh and Im sure you read another review mentioning the broken toilets, its true. Better save up on the water bill because youll have to flush multiple times and then it will work (if youre lucky) Welcome to Belara :)
