Agave Falls Apartments

I am so tired of the constant hot water issues. It goes for a week straight without having any hot water to shower in. And dont even get me started on the roach infestation. I keep my apartment clean so I know its not my fault. Please save your money and find another place to move into. This one is not it. Cant wait until my lease is up and I finally leave. Good riddance.

I advise not to live here I swear it's like every month the water boiler is broken and we all end up with no hot water for almost a week and we have a huge branch still hanging that's been there since the winter storm n nobody came to take it down I'm legit scared to have my child outside and no matter how many time I make a maintenance order bout it they come n look n don't do nun and I'm still waiting for a new fridge idk how much food keeps getting spoiled n the maintenance people just blame us for it and they are just plain rude sayings my house is disgusting and I need to learn how to clean bc it's dirty alil well I do have kids they are going to dirty the house even if I clean and their house worse thn mine

do not live in these ghetto apartments!!! for the year I've lived here there's always a problem! the rent price is NOT worth it!!!

I been living here for 2 renewals so far the place is peaceful, the building is old, yet mantainance doesnt take to long to fix things, I dont have trouble with parking. downside for me are the washer machines 2 of 3 working sometimes and the pool is not open when i decide to go... I have a nice view do
