We where really interested and hoping to become residents at this location but since we noticed they where being biased (we'll just call it that) we decided to take our business elsewhere. They where giving us so many different prices and they said we couldn't tour the model apartment. But the biggest reason was that we noticed the main manager when she came out to help the temp leasing agent wrote something to her in a paper before giving us the prices and availability that's what made us just not even bother with this apartment complex and that kind of people.

Hands down the worst place I have ever lived. Brian and Alex are irresponsible, unaccountable clowns. In the aftermath of the freeze my apartment was thrashed and flooded and they could not have operated with less empathy, sympathy or accountability. Even a month later I would regularly come home to my toilet flooded into my bedroom and they would not fix it. Also read carefully before you sign the lease. There's no break lease fee, you are stuck in there with no way out. I was able to find someone to takeover my lease after they finally fixed the place. I wouldn't make my worst enemy live here. There are much better apartments are similar prices, I wish I had known that beforehand.

It is a good community with relative new facilities and good service. However, you should think twice if you plan to stay here for more than one year. The rent will increase significantly upon renewal, which makes no sense to me. You could pay almost 200 more per month than the price they list on the website for new residents. You could move out and move in to a new one to save rent just like what i did. But I wouldn't recommend choosing this in hindsight.

Seriously, the manager here was INCREDIBLE with us. Our unit was beautiful, but had a circumstance to where we could no longer stay in the unit…Cat was so helpful, so understanding, and so accommodating…which meant the world to us with a 5 month old baby. In a world of mistrusting and unkind people, it was just so refreshing to deal with someone so gracious. She was an answer to prayer. Thank you Cat!
