Estates at Southpark Meadows by Cortland

I just want to say that Bobby Maldonado came out to my apartment today to fix the AC and within minutes he was done he was very polite and informative. He is an asset to this community.

Estates has one of the best maintenance crews. Bobby is very quick to help with work orders and open to feedback. I've had few requests and he always arrives with a positive spirit and ready to help. Thanks Bobby and Cortland crew!

Want to give a shout-out to the maintenance guy Bobby. My AC went out on a hot summer day, I put in a request and Bobby came over and got it fixed immediately. Bobby Is always rapid quick to any maintenance issues and always has a positive attitude.

They won’t answer any of your service requests or take forever. We had to stop a maintenance man that was driving around to finally get things repaired. When you try to move out they won’t respond to emails from future landlords that need to verify information. Their customer service sucks, encourage you to look somewhere else.

First of all I don’t know why people say this place is quiet and peaceful - this is the loudest place I’ve ever lived at. Getting through to the leasing office is nearly impossible. My AC was discovered to be out after working hours and only Terraces would pick up. But what are they going to do for me? They can’t. So where’s Estates emergency maintenance team? Call center won’t help you either. Even though they work for estates “we don’t have a transfer extension,” back to.... estates? I have no idea why the call center is even there! I was also lied to when they said there isn’t a corporate number.... there is just incase anyone wanted to know. This place is honestly a mess and I absolutely cannot wait to move. The appliances they got though? Yeah those are nice.
