        The neighbors are loud and the office doesn't do anything, the appliances are old and they put band-aids (not literally) to keep them working for a few months, they don't change the carpets, the tub chips paint, mold, cockroaches. It's not a healthy place to live. They need serioos updates.

        Horrible place. Criminals run rampant and the management does nothing about it. They will threaten eviction if somebody is not on the lease living there though, but not if you are blatently selling drugs out of your apartment. Stay away!

        The service is great and the time they take to check a maintenance problem is quick. They are decent apartment, for the price you pay. It's just some people that live here are rude and dirty!
