        Do yourself a favor and look for another place. Maintenance is terrible. They give you a lot of excuses and won't fix anything. They don't do garbage pickup and the place is terribly maintained.

        I was really excited to get information about an apartment being available. However, it was weeks later when it was actually available. The majority of the residents are friendly and are very informative. There are several programs in place to help the residents and I’m trying to use as many as possible. The only thing that has made this experience upsetting is my late Christmas package being stolen from my door. Also, some crazy man coming to the door asking me to open the door because he knows me. I had never seen him before. I’m hopeful that no more packages disappear and no unwanted strangers come to the door wanting anything. I’m going to hope for the best.

        Most horrible place to live. Maintenance is more interested in having sex in your apartment (while you're away) and never fixes anything.
