UPDATE: SAD to say that i’m changing my mind about this place. The price went up $300+ on rent in one year.. and for what?! no new upgrades or anything special. also, the ants, spiders, random bugs are getting ridiculous. I've only been living in these apartments for a few months now, but so far.. I LOVE IT! The space is beautiful, amazing amenities, great location, and everyone in the front office is wonderful (shout out to Selena)! If you're thinking about moving here, DO IT :)

Only here a short time in new building. Management has changed hands and I wouldn’t be able to give them a 5 at this time. BUT maintenance team has remained! They are notably professional, responsive, and skilled. They get things handled correctly and swiftly. Consistent and proactive! This 5 star is w/o a doubt for the maintenance team.

I love living here! It's location is super accessible to everything. The staff is very friendly. The amenities are pretty nice. The grounds are pretty well kept - not to mention the views are fabulous! We're basically in the woods in Texas so bugs like spiders or ants are to be somewhat expected. Thanks for everything Wilder!

Cracks in the floor, the ceilings. Bugs everywhere. Shotty electrical work. This is a $600 apartment AT BEST. not the $1400 for a one bedroom that's being paid. Sub par repair men. Staff that was so terrible they had to sell to another company?! I hope new management deals with these issues promptly or I won't be re-leasing. THIS BISHHH EMILY GREEN IS THE MANAGER HERE. THEY ARE PLANTING POSITIVE REVIEWS.. GET BENT
