Preserve at Rolling Oaks by Cortland

Current resident and have lived here for years. With new management, they are allowing the worst tenants to rent here, mailboxes broken in, security gate broken for about 6 months. This place is not safe and I will not be renewing. Management is rude.

Since moving in April 2023, Tina, our Leasing Manager has taken exceptional care of me! That same level of exceptionality translates throughout her entire team also. No matter if I walk in to speak with her or reach out via email, Tina ALWAYS makes sure I'm taken care of. Even submitted a work order for me while I was visiting her for something unrelated, just because I happened to mention a small maintenance related concern! It is certainly true that when you treat people with kindness and understanding, it pays off. I just now went to see her regarding concerns on renewing, and she went above and beyond to secure my renewal on the spot! Here I was thinking I'm just going to have some Q&A and then weigh my options, but Tina made damn sure I wasn't going anywhere! This property team truly does take great care of you and PaRO as a whole is certainly a great choice to call home. Looking forward to another year here :)
