    I lived here a year ago, I loved living in this property since there is no vandalism, it is a very safe community, it is also very beautiful, the pool is excellent in summer, great staff. I definitely recommend it.

    What a gem this apartment complex is! Very small and quiet. Walking distance to Central Market and Yoga Yoga a plus. Major bus stop across the street. Management and staff are fantastic! Residents are all very friendly.

    Best price for the apartment. There is plenty to do close by, close to stores and activities to do while also close to downtown. The other people who live here are really nice and help each other out. There is no crime or issues at the community and everyone seems to stay here a long time. I've loved living here the past few years!

    I stayed at these apartments from August 2014 to October 2016. When I moved I owed 0 balance, however they reported 438.00 to all three credit agencies. I have been reaching out to this complex for two years regarding removal of this balance, however it still remains on my credit. I reached out to corporate to attempt to resolve this issue, however I never recieved a response. The last conversation I had with the manager of The Chaparral Apartment Homes she was rude and hung up in my face, because I was asking in frustration how long it would take for this to be removed. I recieved the same answer I have been receiving for the past 2 yrs; "We are working on it, but its going to take some time. I have been dealing with credit repair on my own and from experience it only take 30-45 daysæ to process the correction. But, all credit agencies processing time has always been less that 30-45 days. I have been placed in financial burden haveing to pay double deposite twice. Once because I was forced to back out of a home buying opportunity due to that one collection debt. I even told them how I was forced to live in less than clean conditions with my now 3 yr old daughter who underwent bone marrow transplant at 1 yrs old. My stay was pleasant, never late on rent, no complaints from office staff or residents, and my apartment was in better condition when I left than when I moved in considering I had to do the make ready on my own apartment after lease was signed. I was told apartment was ready, and upon move in ilthere was still stuff from the preevious tenant inside the unit. Nevertheless, the staff was constantly changing, and apparently unable to properly handle accounts. I am now preparing to take legal action, because I have yet to get a resolution, and the company will not reach out to me in regards to any of my calls or emails. I would definitely say get in writing with letterhead BEFORE move out date that balance owed is zero. Because trying to get them to resolve ANY ISSUES is like pulling teeth.
