Paddock at Norwood Apartments

Office isn’t open until 5pm like it says on google or like the Manager says.

Since we've gotten new management the apartments have went down tremendously I have been racially discriminated against my air conditioner has been out for almost 2 months the maintenance man said he needed to wait for the apartment manager to come back from vacation to order the part that they needed to fix my AC no one communicated to me anything about my air conditioner since he came back I have to call them to check up on it then apparently we don't need the piece to fix the air conditioner so I've been waiting for almost 3 weeks for him to come back for no reason and I'm still without air conditioner. A few months ago I had called because my air conditioner is constantly breaking and I said we need to find a permanent solution to this problem they said there is no exact one problem wrong with the air conditioner but now it needs to be replaced. On the side of that I have weird neighbors leaving sticky notes on my car and at my door and they can't handle that situation at all either even though these are their residence. I felt unsafe so I had someone staying here with me for a few weeks until things calm down but you can't have a visitor for longer than five days and if you do you have to ask permission and he had to approve. 10 out of 10 would not recommend these apartments.
