Polaris on the Park

*Not Resident* I am apartment hunting. I wasn't entirely deterred by the negative reviews, but then I was deterred by the nasty bad attitude of the replies from management. Whwn you behave like that publicly, people will be inclined to believe the negative reviews. Incentivizing positive ones? I'm actually pretty sure that's against Google Maps' terms of service. Do better. Thank you for deterring me.

Lived here around 4 years and never had any issues. Location was great, neighbors were friendly, and the property was always well maintained. Maintenance always went above and beyond to fix issues, and issues were always fixed quickly. Price was great and affordable, especially for the location. If I still lived in Austin I would still live here, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place.

Awesome location, close to everything but tucked away from the constant traffic. Well kept grounds and walking distance from Mabel Davis Park with great walking trails and playgrounds. I have only had a couple work orders since moving here and maintenance has been prompt to resolve the issues. The few pests I've seen have been taken care of by their pest control service. My apartment is spacious and I love the modern yet humble upgrades but the best part has to be the price! Polaris is an all around GEM!

I lived at Polaris on the Park for 5 years and enjoyed my experience. The apartments are very affordable and in a perfect location to access Austin and airport. The pool area is nice as well. Some issues with visitors getting towed so make sure they register online (there are instructions posted at visitor parking). These are not the most luxurious apartments but for money, location, and privacy they can't be beat.

It is clean and we'll maintained. I visited the leasing office this week because I am looking to move in. I spoke with 2 residents in the parking lot. One has been there 6 months and said she felt safe, the other just renewed their lease.
