The Flats on San Felipe

Been here 7 years and have never asked for anything to be repaired or replaced in my apartment. My kitchen faucet needs to be replaced so I thought I'd ask for a bit of an upgrade to one with a detachable spout to make cleaning dishes easier. 30 seconds later I get told no. But, If I bought my own they'd have maintenance install it. Lololol. 7 years of rent payments and they can't splurge for a $30 faucet. Thanks for nothing. Their rent may be cheaper than most in this area, but you get what you pay for.

Casey is AMAZING!!! When I was touring apartments and came to tour The Flats, Casey was so warm and welcoming and I wanted to move in right away! She was able to answer all of my questions which eliminated a lot of my stress, and was professional the entire time. Thank you so much Casey!!!

Easily the worst apartment I've ever lived in. The garbage disposal was broken, along with the dishwasher being full of stagnant black water. The floorboards in the closet when stepped on have water coming through them, same in the shower obviously a leak. Water line leading to the toilet constantly drips. Water pressure here is clearly a problem, I haven't had a hot shower in 2 weeks. Please, do yourself a favor and find a different place to live.

Fighting with Fetch to get a package delivered right now. By which I mean "I'm being ignored by Fetch and I'm pretty sure they've lost my package, but they won't return my emails." Love everything about this apartment complex. Except Fetch.

I just have to say, I've bounced around from one terrible place to another, and this place is a breath of fresh air! I wasn't the easiest person to get settled in and they were very patient towards my situation, especially Casey Varela who has been so kind and helpful, she bent over backwards to help me get settled and I'm so incredibly grateful!!
