Tramor at Victory Place

I really liked living here. The management was great. I couldnt grab the apartment i wanted in this this year but i plan on getting back in when my current lease expires. Really wish there were washer and dryer in unit then it would be perfect. Maybe bathroom could be abit bigger. But tbh thats the only “complaints”i can think of. For the price was great.

100% recommend this property. Though it may not look like much, the location is very convenient and close to everything -downtown, Zilker, the river, etc. We can usually get anywhere in town in 15 min or less. Katy Bransom our leasing agent is AMAZING - the BEST we've ever had. She helped us find the perfect apartment within a few days and we were moved in the next week. She's super helpful, responsive, willing to work with us and made us feel very supported in our cross country move. She made the process as frictionless as possible. The maintenance guys are really nice as well. I do want to note though that we did have 2 bikes stolen off our 3rd story balcony and 1 load of laundry stolen out of the laundry room so make sure you lock up your stuff and stay on top of switching your loads. We've always felt safe otherwise. Parking is also great - no assigned parking and very easy for us and guests to get a spot. We're going to miss living here!

Giving them a 1 star review because they, or somebody on their behalf, decided to post something like 50 listings for the same damn apartment on CL, making it much harder/more annoying for people looking for apartments other than theirs. Despicable behavior.

DO NOT MOVE HERE, the apartments are completely infested with roaches. I have lived here for 2 days. I turned my light on and the apartment was cover in roaches. At least 20... I’m very clean and this is something I have never seen. Can not even turn the lights off without roaches coming out. Highly highly recommend avoiding these apartments at all cost. Again whatever you do DON’T MOVE HERE
