        My apt has been flooded since March 2015 nobody ever came and checked on it they only took the padding out my room. So now it's just mold,concrete &a water lots of it. I'm tired of spending my hard earned money on an apt that doesn't care about the tenants they just want the rent money and don't want to help us. This is just sad.. I've lived here for 2years and never had problem w maintenance. Water under my shoes. Puddles of water when I get off my bed. I'm so glad I'm moving out. Worst apt ever. Don't pay to live here they'll treat you like crap. I agree with the first post. I'm surprised there aren't more complants. DONT LIVE HERE! The Edge on s congress aka clear day. Money hungry people & investors.
