Bryce is the guy with the answers!! I have lived here for two years, and no problems as of yet. But anytime I get Bryce on the phone, any issues are always resolved with speedy service. He also helped me get locked out of my apartment (life saver) with the best attitude!

I love being here, the peace, the quiet, the walking through the gardens and trees, the pool, the friendly neighbors who help you in amazing ways. Jody, the manager, Bryce and Texie have always been kind to me. You just have to be honest and ask. Then there's easy access to what you want in the city - pharmacy is across West North Loop, buses take you downtown, the grocery is half a mile away next to Amy's ice cream shop. A quarter mile away is Papa John's Pizza with crazy good chicken wings, next door is El Taccorida, up Burnet is Lucy's Fried Chicken Diner and a juicy giant burger place. Enjoy!

Right after renewing my lease, I got towed and got a $229 fine. Would have been nice to give me a new parking permit from the day I started my new cycle.

The maintenance team and front office did a superb job dealing with the snowstorm. The maintenance team worked around the clock to make sure the damage was not too devastating. Although we lost power and water for two days, it was not nearly as bad as it could have been or as bad as many of my friends had in other complexes around Austin. My neighbors were great and we all traded supplies and tips to stay warm. The front office did an excellent job communicating with us on what was going on and how long before issues would be resolved. The maintenance team worked in the freezing cold making sure our pipes didn't burst and roads were drivable. I am very appreciative of the work they did and I will definitely consider renewing my lease when the time comes. I have lived here for about a year and a half across two units and before that, I had lived in ten apartments in the last seven years across two states. This is by far my favorite place I have lived. The people are very friendly - there is a great sense of community. It is very reasonably priced and has a very convenient location. The units are spacious and have a nice layout. I would highly recommend moving here!
