Warwick Apartments

The Warwick apartments have been such refreshing boutique property, management is courteous, prompt service when needed and I feel very safe. So far Im very pleased. Megan and her team go above and beyond to help.

Victor was so helpful amazing customer service from the front desk agent. I had a few issues with my room and Victor was the first to step up and help me resolve. He had a great attitude and demeanor. Warwick is lucky to have him.

It's the weekend of the January 2024 Freeze, and I came home to a leak in my Kitchen after a full day of work on a Sunday. Alex was the Maintenance tech on call. He was onsite within 20 minutes, explained and fixed the issue within 10 minutes just before the night of Deep Freeze. I'm very grateful for his quick response and resolution. Rainier has consistently resolved any maintenance issues quickly. I never have to follow up. Thanks Alex!

Extremely poor management. My place flooded through no fault of my own and they left me without a place to live for two months

I've lived at the Warwick for the better part of a year now and it's been such a welcomed sanctuary among the mistreatment and nasty living conditions of my previous apartments. The property is generally quiet, but neighbors can be lively and friendly too. I love having the laundry facility on site and being so close to UT for class, not to mention I'm always on the way to downtown for my friends to pick up, ha! I've only had one maintenance issue - a leak from the second floor in the middle of the night, which was quite concerning, but I called the on call maintenance line and it was being repaired within an hour at 4am. I give a huge Thank you to Ariel who showed me around several Rainier properties and expedited my move in process when I needed it so desperately. 10/10 would recommend
