While living here I had multiple leaks, electrical issues, spotted roaches, and a family of raccoons was living above my 2nd floor apartment (I'm assuming in an attic space). Maintenance was hit and miss-- sometimes they would come right away, and sometimes I had to wait up to 2 weeks for them to even notice my requests. Louisa was the only responsive person in the leasing office and she is awesome. Other than with her, I had to ask more than once for extra, unnecessary charges on my account to be removed when I got billed after updating my insurance. All in all, I was definitely overpaying for a studio apartment, but I did like being close to the bus lines to downtown and having Buzzmill across the street.
