Madrone Apartments

Debra White, My apartment number C25204. After multiple failed attempts in regards to transferring to a two-bedroom apartment in Cielo ( Madrone), I have decided to apply elsewhere that value their residents. The Lack of communication from your staff is mind-blowing. I need my full refund amount of $112.50 that was paid on February 8, 2020. Alexis has said it will take two weeks for an answer and now it has been a month. I have never heard of placing a deposit with no apartment number. Due to this mishap, My move out date will now be pushed further to May 15, 2020. I have never experienced low-level customer service and this has been very stressful for me, I strongly feel that the market value remains the same or less for my apartment.

The maintenance is good and the neighborhood is good but we havent had a good nights rest in months. The apartment complex tells you how much they are strict on noise but that is not true. We open our eyes to screaming neighbors next to us. It dont stop because a family above us invites extra people all day until night. They supposedly have two kids but they bring others and their kids that run and jump all day. We have called the office and to be made to feel like we are enemies and all want is peace. Call the police. They told us to call the office. We call the main office and they said they would help. They gave us the option to move but we will have to start 15 month lease over plus we would have to pay movers. We feel stuck. We have video of the chaos and still no help!!!

The views at Cielo are unmatched!! This is one of the most beautiful properties in the Austin area!
