Altura Apartments

The price just kept skyrocketing while the value felt like it was dropping. We moved and found an apartment on the first floor, with a garage, with a washer and dryer and pay the same price they wanted us to renew at for none of those features. Parking was a constant struggle here and I didn't feel safe knowing that if I got home after dark, I would have to park down the street and walk home in the dark. I'm rating it this high because the art work on the sides is hella awesome, they redid the paint and balconies while we were there, and the management and maintenance when we moved here was fantastic. Then they combined with the Altura next door and it was not the same. I'm so glad we left before the Winter Storm.

I lived at Avesta Altura for 3 years and it was greatly improved recently with the new property manager Nichole. She’s definitely there to help out. She’s there to help the tenant.

Non stop issues in the apartment. Flooding, broken locks, broken shower. I would avoid this place at all costs.
