Such a convenient location. Easy access to campus during the week and cheap uber ride to go out on the weekend. The new management team is making lots of improvements around the properties and they've been really easy to deal with.

The management took long time to comply to service requests. Also, the management is bad at communication during move out and transferred my deposit to someone else without my consent. I’d recommend avoiding this place and the management.

Unless you have extremely low expectations for housing and/or literally are never home, do not live here. Management is completely unreachable. Pool was green and moldy for several weeks and only fixed when threatening to withhold rent. Pool was “fixed” and is opaque. Trash cans in common areas have never been taken out, smell, and are swarming with flies. Multiple emails have been sent and ignored. Multiple employees have been on site and have not cleaned garbage. Construction was done on the parking lot and residents spots were taken away “until december.” 4 months later, construction is still going on and residents do not have parking. I cannot wait for my lease to end. One star only because the interior of the apartments are okay and location is good. Otherwise, 0 stars.
