Thank you, Denise! The other driver was 100% at fault! The police documented that and gave the man 2 citations. My daughter and her friend could have been seriously hurt, or worse. His insurance company just ignored us. We called, emailed and texted. And they just ignored us. They sent us the one letter letting us know that they had up to 2 years to resolve our claim, hoping we would get busy and disorganized and go away. You made them pay! I believe you made them pay more than they had to if they simply did not ignore us. That was a risk I guess they were willing to take, and it didn't work out very well for them. Thank you so much! You helped me show my daughter that good people prevail! I highly recommend Bailey & Galyen. We live in a new world, where you cannot approach an insurance company without good representation. I learned that much. They took the case and never stopped until it was resolved to our satisfaction. So very professional. Please say thank you to everyone involved at the office.
