The floors look amazing and Connor is very knowledgeable about the products he uses and the best applications for them. He was the only company that told us about acclimating the wood floors a few days before the install so they wouldn't expand/contract after the fact.

The carpet itself was good and we are happy with, however there was a lot of waiting for people to show up to do the work. When existing wood floor was scratched during install I was accused (multiple times) of getting him to fix something that was already damaged. I was required to pay the second portion of the install before the wood floor was fixed which I realize is according to the contract I signed but Connor was not gracious about it at all. It then took about a month of bugging Connor and the installers to get someone out to fix the damage to the wood floor. All in all I won't use them again, thankfully in the long run we are happy with the carpet that was installed.

Floor Source replaced carpet in our bedroom with wood flooring. They worked with us to find the right material to match hallway wood and completed the job quickly. We will be using them to replace other rooms with wood flooring.

This store had the best prices on carpet and wood. We purchased wood flooring and are very pleased. The salesman was knowledgeable about all of the products and was extremely helpful. I would recommend The Floor Source.
