This location is really bad with customer service. The tellers constantly talking amongst themselves. At first it was just one teller, but the other taking forever to take customers. The one teller has an bad attitude and act like she has a serious problem. I will never come back to this location. The worse thing about it, it's a long line

Due to the poor customer service unfortunately I had to close my business account after nearly 10 years. They left one penny! one single cent in the account rather than closing it after I had requested it closed. Three months later I get a letter in the mail that says I owe them $73 lol, because of the late fees, and interest due on the one penny that they left in the account. Not only is this terrible business practice it should be illegal.

Second time Ive come to this location to get smaller bills in exchange for my big ones. Was told I cant do so. A couple months ago I came to do the same thing a few times and they would do it for me no problem. Every other location Ive been to gets me change no questions asked. I just like to go to this one cause its the closest to my house. This is also the least Welcoming location in the area. Good thing the others locations are all just 15 minutes or so away.

Honestly I been baking with them over 5 years already and their customer service is not as bad; but in reality they take FOREVER to attend you ! You seriously have to wait 30 to an hour just to cash or even deposit! Thats honestly so unprofessional! I recommend to come by when you honestly have no plans to do because they will ruin it all ! They need to work on that ASAP ! I wish I could give them only half a start
