Ordered and paid for 260 pair of branded socks for an event. When the socks didnâ€™t come 4 weeks later by the agreed on date, I reached out. They said the socks got lost. And now no one will respond to me. No one responds to my emails or calls. They have been paid and we donâ€™t have any socks or time to get other ones by the time our event comes. NEVER work with this company.

We ordered custom socks from this company and were very excited for them to arrive. The socks were not made as expected and do not fit kids with larger calves. There is no give yo these socks and the stitching of the logo isnâ€™t on point. Customer service does not respond to mails. They have not fixed our order. Have spent weeks trying to get a response. Really frustrating and disappointing.
