Fair prices, shoddy installation. Floorboards still creaking in some areas. We wanted to remove the old unpainted baseboard and have a new one installed, which was discussed during our consultation at Joes. Instead we had new quarter round placed atop the old baseboard and told to speak with a molding/baseboard contractor for the job we wanted. This would have been good information to have before the flooring took place to ensure a clean install.
