Went for soccer and hockey all in one week! Really cool stadium! We loved it! Clean and plenary of concession! Parking was pretty easy. Staff friendly and fun. We will be back!

The seats in the venue are horrible. If you are over 5 foot tall, you sit with your legs jammed into the seat in front of you. Very disappointed.

I went Tuesday and the event started at 7 pm they didnt open the doors early enough for people to come in and get settled in then when we were pretty much there come go find out large purses cant come in so we had to go back to the car.then when we came back person there was saying you cant come in now because the show already started (it had not) luckily a staff member came over and talked some sense into her. I would never go back to that venue.

Very nice show, the divine princesses, they only forget the most important part, the customer service, the entrance staff who check the bags, a lady in a black shirt (security) very rude and without argument, she treated me as if If you were a delinquent, without tact, he yelled at me at the entrance in front of all the people, exposing me, I responded with kindness and respecting his rules, I only asked the reason why I couldn't put my small bag in if I complied with the measures that They are indicated at the entrance, and she responded that she would not give me any explanation and that I should leave the place.
In short, it changed my entire experience, Disney has always stood out for its customer friendliness, making magic at its events.
I hope you take my comment into account and train your staff.
