Absolutely horrible experience. Difficult to reach and when finally an appointment was made, Ms. Wells "no-showed." The location is disgusting, next to a laundry and alteration shop. More suitable venue for a smoke shop than a Drs office. There were notices all over the door signifying no one had even been there for several days. Find some one else.

Literally the worst doctor ever. My father is dying in the hospital and she won’t bother to return my call, I can’t even request his files because she won’t answer. Keep in mind my father has been her patient for over 15 years.

Totally unprofessional doctors office. Wait time is forever, the receptionist leaves you waiting for an hour usually and is just walking all over the place. The doctor can be seen walking everywhere too, hardly ever in the room with the patient. I once had to leave before my appointment because it took so long waiting and I had to get to class. Once in room, wait time is forever to actually see the doctor, and she only talks to you for maybe 2 minutes. She judged me based on my sexual activity and my age, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional to say the least. I come to the doctor to get treated, not judged.
Had to get an x-ray for my back and the office never sent the info needed for it to the hospital. I went to try and get my x-ray twice and the info had never been sent, despite my (and the hospital's) calls. They hardly answer the phone, and it goes to an unprofessional personal phone voicemail.
Would not recommend this doctor at all, only went there a few times and was so dissatisfied I am switching doctors.
