      image I understand customer service but when I waited 7 minutes in the drive thru and 20 minutes for my food on the curb is ridiculous. Then I didn't even get my sauce for my chicken fingers. Won't be going back on a Friday night

      image Picked up an online order, no napkins, no sauce after I paid for extra, no straw for my drink, no silverware. I watched the person setting out the orders spill my drink and just set it back up because she assume whoever's food it was wasn't standing right in front of her. This is completely unacceptable customer service and I will not be coming back.
