Vintage Tollgate has been an amazing place to live! Great location & wonderful quality apartments. The Assistant Community Director, DaNae, is amazing to work with! She is incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly! I highly recommend living here.

This place is more than I hoped for. Everyone takes pride in this place.
Everyone is polite and friendly. Things are cleaned and maintained daily. As a woman and a mother, I feel safe here. My son is an adult but you never stop worrying about your children. We are great friends and roommates.
The past few months have been awesome. I plan to be here a long time because this has helped me a veteran feel like I belong a little more than I have in years. Thank you everyone. Staff and residents for being you.

Great place to live....wonderful neighbors. Friendly and caring staff who are dedicated to keeping the property clean and updated. They go out of their way to make their residents feel safe and cared for.

Almost 4 weeks since move-in date and we still have an HVAC unit that needs repair and the dishwasher is in such foul condition that we can't use it and needs replaced. Repair attempts at items that needed attention when we moved in were so poorly done I have to laugh so I don't cry.
Had I known this is how this new owner and employees operate I would never have signed a lease here.
No, I would not recommend this apartment complex to family or friends until they choose to handle my maintenance problems. And before that can occur they would need to reply to my contact attempts in regards to these repairs.

I didnt have a great experience with the last apartment I was at before Tollgate.
Tollgate has been a total game changer. Tollgate is a great place to live. Everyone waves or says hello, and things stay quiet pretty much always. The neighborhood is awesome for families, and having Mojo Tacos close by is great too.
There is construction right now near the front of the neighborhood for new retail/office space (the plans seem to have good parking, and should accommodate for the more amount of folks here). Theyre doing a great job not holding up traffic, but obviously things are always subject to change. Im hoping this stays the tiny Berry Farms, but obviously places around here will grow.
The leasing team has been absolutely awesome, they even got us a gift for when our daughter was born!
Overall our experience here at Tollgate has been nothing short of exceptional, our only regret is not signing a longer lease lol.
