This review is about Clayton Homes located in Tyler Texas. I went with my husband to speak with a person in sales. I was VERY modestly dressed.The neckline on my shirt was in no way low cut the rest of my clothes were NOT tight nor revealing. Be advised that you have in your employment 2 sales men that kept undressing me w/their eyes & continually looking @ my chest. In addition to Don repeatedly focusing his eyes on my chest he kept trying to push us into a home he had on a lot that was slightly under 1 acre according to him & located in Anderson county. We were NEVER able to look @ any of the homes on the sales lot in Tyler Tx. because Don wouldnt let us. It was buy what he was trying to push on us or leave.None of the sales people in that office knew our financial situation nor did they know our credit score. What Don tried to sell us was one of the least expensive mobile homes that Clayton makes. It was my understanding that the lot this mobile home Don kept insisting we purchase, was already purchased by him and was on a lot that he owned. He was incredibly intimidating, pushy, and even rude & obviously filthy minded towards me. The Other sales person we spoke with before we spoke with Don was also a male. I have no idea what is wrong with these two that they can not engage in a business discussion & keep their eyes from focusing on inappropriate places on a potential customer who is female. If what they were doing was not sexual harassment towards me it was pretty dang close. You people at corporate need to take a look at this because you have some serious issues with some of your sales men in Tyler, Texas. Don was as filthy as they come & your other salesman was only slightly more decent. A disgusting repulsive, putrid experience ALL THE WAY AROUND. Don was/is not a new hire. Unfortunately, the other man was, and I dont think his career is going to go very well either. My true identity is not revealed on this review for a reason. Corporate needs to take my complaint very seriously.

I have lived in my Clayton home for about a year and a half
I gave Tim Cobb at the Cookeville sales office a list of things that need to be fixed a year ago and i have not heard on thing.
DO NOT buy from this company!!!

Cannot say enough nice and professional things about Tyler and Edwardo. Both worked (paitiently) with us and did exactly what they said they would do. Tyler explained everything at every step of the process. He worked out a few personal ad-on's with the factory and helped us build the home exactly like we hoped. Thank you, Tyler and Edwardo, for all your help.
