Went in to get info and called to make a reservation made several calls never got a call back. Could not imagine boarding my dogs with a facility that does not return phone calls. :(

We absolutely love bringing our dog here! The staff are super friendly and attentive. Charlie could play here everyday and never get enough. Its the happiest weve ever seen him!
Highly recommend this spot for your pup!

My dog passed their in-house temperament test and trial play-date, so I took him here for almost a year. Then, the owner decided to tell me that he "doesn't play well" and that they didn't want him back. Interesting considering this comment came roughly a week after I paid for a block of visits in advance. When I picked him up, I asked the girl how he did and her response was "he was great! he has tons of energy". Now I take him to a different day care in Franklin where he has been going consistently without any problems or negative feedback. Can't help but to feel like I got ripped off for $200.
