When we decided to list our home for sale, there were many realtors available for the area. We called Center Hill Realty first, and after meeting with Kristie we went with our gut and listed with her.
Kristie was very knowledgeable about the area, and within days we had SEVERAL showings. Our house went under contract quickly and smoothly. All throughout the home selling process, Kristie was very responsive to all questions and any her advice was spot on.
If you are considering selling your home (likely the same as buying a home) I would highly recommend giving Center Hill Realty a call. Her and Robin were both fabulous, straight forward and honest.

This is truly a hidden gem. We have stayed here several weeks during our move and have loved it. The rooms are very nice and spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The access to the lake is easy and convenient. They also have the best staff; so friendly and helpful.
