I just left Mike's shop with a 3 bin enclosure heading back to Townsend. We have bought several bins from him in the past and have been very pleased. I had the opportunity to chat with him at his shop and he is a just hard working guy that just wants to take care of his family and make a honest living. He does great work. I started reading these one star reviews and didn't get past the first two sentences. What a waist of my time! These people wouldn't be happy with cherry pie and I personally would tell them to take a hike. This is his living so a little respect shouldn't be to much to ask for from a customer. If your want a good stylish looking, strong bear proof bin... Mike's your guy!

Terrible experience. Guy just showed up without warning weeks after i ordered. It was to tight, so he bothered my guests... then when i asked him to come back at another time he told me to "F.... Off" and he never came back, or returned calls... Similar experience to Taylors.... Overall this guy is an angry guy with horrendous customer service skills.

Mike was very unprofessional & untimely. I had asked several times to have at least an hours notice before his arrival, so I could have a maintance tech on site with him & be able to notify our guests that there would be someone around the cabin. After 4 cabins and constant disappointment, we are now going with a different company.
