      image We had all our insurance but left them to go with another agency. This agency is not interested in helping the customer once they have your business. We ended up calling the insurance company directly several times during our 3 years with this agency to solve our problems.

You confirmed in another message that you received the agent's out of the office message which included information on how to contact our office if you needed immediate assistance and that you did not contact anyone else at our office because you didn't want to have someone different help you. The agent responded to you upon their return from vacation and promptly completed your request. We would like to thank you for your past business and wish you well.
