I have been patient here since 1984. After Dr. Luckmann retired I became a patient of Dr. Charles Orton. Dr. Orton is really wonderful! He has a calm, reassuring bedside manner & is very knowledgeable about how to proceed with treatment(s). He does not rush appointments or procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Orton.
Edited to add that Dr. Orton is well-versed in Lynch Syndrome!

Not concerned with patient care. Called and made my appointment in the end of June. Their first available appointment was September 21, which is ridiculous, but ok, They called today to tell me my appointment has been cancelled and they can reschedule me for January. No care or concern for why I needed to come there in the first place, just lets reschedule for January, 7 months after the initial appointment request.
ETA: They used the same excuse as last reviewer, that the practitioner is no longer with us. That review is from 3 months ago

I had an appointment in May that I have waited on since January, and a few days before my appointment they called and said, We have to reschedule your appointment. The provider you were set to see is no longer here. The new appointment was going to be in August. That would have been an 8 month wait. Not to mention thats the second provider that I have been put with that has left. Nobody should have to wait 8 months to be seen when theyre having any kind of issue.

A procedure was coded to insurance incorrectly. I never received a bill for it until it went to collections. Now the billing team refuses to even look into it to get it resolved. In the process of switching to a new provider now.
